RETURNS & REFUNDS

Your satisfaction is our goal. Purchases made on cre8td.com is backed by our 30 day 100% percent guarantee following the terms below.

Our return and exchange policy is effective for 30 days once receiving your product upon delivery. 

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must also be in its original packaging. For refunds (if applicable), please send an email to orders@cre8td.com with your full name, order number, item description and the reason for your return.

Return requests for orders received and delivered after 30 days unfortunately cannot be exchanged or a refunded and your request will be politely declined. We hope you can understand.

Return and exchange items are shipped back to us at the customers expense and cannot not be refunded unless the error was of no fault by the customer.

If your return meets these requirement and once your return has been received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you if all conditions have been met for the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, a refund will be issued and processed right away to the original form of payment within a few days additional to your bank processing times. Typically can take up to 7-14 business days.

We request that you read our item descriptions carefully while making your selection and please bear in mind that photo descriptions may be slightly different from actual item in terms of color and appearance due to the differences in lighting conditions from our professional photo shoots in comparison to your monitor's display.

As we pursue in providing excellent service and human error may once in a while a occur with an order such as an incorrect item or color sent. If this is the case, we are happy to assist you in any way we can to solve this rare issue. If the problem occurred as a result of an error on our part, we are more than happy to replace or refund the item.

Our Responsibility

  • Faulty Product: If the product has a manufacturing defect.

  • Wrong Item Sent by Us: If we send you the wrong product, color or size by mistake.

Your Responsibility

Somewhere along the way you might have made a mistake when choosing an item. If any of these reasons are the case, it’s up to you, the customer, to research compatibility and sizing by using our detailed product descriptions and sizing guides located at the product page. Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange your item based on order mistakes on your behalf.

Example Situations:

Incorrectly Provided Address: If you made an error in the address. We are not responsible for orders not received due to incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer at the time of purchase.

Ordered incorrect sizing: If you purchased a women's size watch in place of a men's size and the product has shipped.

Return / Exchange Process

If you believe an error has occurred due to a mistake on our part, please accept our sincerest apologies as your satisfaction is of the highest importance to us! We are happy to replace or exchange any items that we may have overlooked.

Exchange Request Instructions 

Please follow these instructions for Return Request:

 

  1. Take a photo of the issue – If the problem is with sizing, please kindly print the provided sizing guide PDF in the product description and ruler to verify compatibility as we don't provide refunds or exchanges based on a selection error on your part.

     

  2. Send an email with the subject line “Order # “YourOrderNumber” Replacement Request” to orders@cre8td.com.

     

    1. Please include the following:

      • The photo(s)

      • A specific description of the issue

      • The Order Number - If there are multiple products in an order, identifying the product with the issue

 

Our support team will respond within 1 business day and Return Instructions will be provided.

 

All orders are guaranteed for delivery. If orders are not received due to circumstances beyond our control, a replacement item will be ordered. The replacement item will be shipped to the original Shipping Address listed at the time the original order was placed.

Refunds will not be granted if the customer ordered the incorrect size/color/quantity etc. We ship the exact item(s) that you select at time of purchase. If you require a change to your order, please email us ASAP and we will try our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes to your order, and a refund will not be granted.

Items received that are defective or damaged will be replaced with the same item free of charge. We also provide full refunds in instances of defective or damaged goods.

  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account as it can take up to 7-14 business days to process as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your bank statement.

If despite your efforts, you still have not received your refund, please contact us at orders@cre8td.com. So we can review and correct any mistakes.
