We stand behind you and our watches!

We believe in the quality of our products and offer a one year warranty on our watches. If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, we apologize, please contact us so we can make it right at orders@cre8td.com and provide your order number along with photos of the suspected issue. Our customer care team will respond to your email in two business days.

Please note returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from Cre8td.com.

Warranty claims will require a proof of purchase, including watches that have been gifted.

Warranty

Your watch is guaranteed against any manufacturing defects for 12 months after your original purchase date. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear such as batteries, strap damage, accidental damage to the glass, water damage or theft.

Please retain your order confirmation to serve as proof of purchase. If a product is returned and adheres to this warranty, a replacement product will be issued. If no replacement is available, the customer may choose a product of the same value as their replacement. Unfortunately, no cash refund will be made after 30 days of delivery.

Once we have received your claim, if the covered component proves to be defective in material or craftsmanship under normal use, it will be repaired or the watch will be replaced free of repair charges. You will be notified via email from us, and your working watch will be sent out via post with tracking. We aim to process your claim within the week of receiving it. Please allow 2-4 week upon receiving the replacement.

What is covered by our warranty?

During the warranty period, the watch movement, hands, and dial are the only components covered under this warranty. This means that if the materials in your watch aren't right or if the watch isn't put together correctly, we'll repair or replace it.

What the warranty doesn't cover

Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents including scratching, glass damage, bouncing, falling, or normal wear and tear.

Defects of internal or external components due to contact with water or moisture. Watches models sold at Cre8td vary in water features but are not designed to be waterproof. Although some protection is included in some models like 5ATM, 3ATM water resistance, which means they can only be subjected to light splashes/moisture, most watch designs are not waterproof at all thus cannot be covered under this warranty if found to be water damaged through fault or no fault of your own. We would advise against wearing the watch during activities such as showering and swimming, during which the watch can be exposed to more than minor splashes.

Watch bands are also subject to inspection from excessive wear and tear, sweat and water damage as they are not covered due to their use.

The warranty will be voided in the case a third party performed repair works or other works on the watch without first contacting Cre8td support and obtaining approval.
